Please limit calls to CRITICAL EMERGENCIES ONLY
Our phone lines must be kept clear for medical, communication, and emergency providers to ensure they can get through to us when it matters most. We are available by email for advice during outages, inquiries, and scheduling visits at email@example.com. Remember, our blog has helpful tips to assist in starting and stopping your generator, checking oil, why is my generator still running even though power has come back on, and more.
To Page an Emergency Technician (charges may apply):
After a series of tones, enter your COMPLETE phone number so we can call you back. You’ll hear a message, “Thank you for calling American Messaging, goodbye”, and then you can hang up. A technician should call you back within 15 minutes. If you do not hear back, please try again.
A DEPOSIT MAY BE REQUIRED. PLEASE RESERVE EMERGENCY CALLS FOR TRUE EMERGENCIES. 2 HOUR MINIMUM CHARGE.
Remember to consult your owner’s manual for instructions on how to reset simple faults, manually turn your generator on/off, and follow the recommended oil change schedule. Keep in mind that your generator may continue to run for up to 15 minutes after power has been restored as it conducts a cool-down session.
