We find many clients can restore generator power quickly by checking the basics such as, “Is my generator in AUTO?” See our BLOG for helpful tips, oil type, client question/answer forums. Consult your owner’s manual for specific troubleshooting steps and safety guidelines, it’s full of great tips and information!

Remote Support Request. (Current clients only. Fees apply). If there is a generator problem requiring after-hours attention, remote support is available. Please be reminded that Leete Generators supports emergency services such as fire stations, communication towers, hospitals, and critical infrastructures. We need your help to keep our phone lines clear for life safety support (we find that’s typically a commercial or industrial application and not residential use). Dial 707 226-4918 to place an after-hours, remote support request. The operator recording will say, “Please enter your area code and number…” and enter your full telephone number, you will receive a call back.
*Remote support is CLOSED from 10:00 PM-7:00 AM except for critical infrastructure support (non-residential clients).
Remember to consult your owner’s manual for instructions on how to reset simple faults, manually turn your generator on/off, and follow the recommended oil change schedule. Keep in mind that your generator may continue to run for up to 15 minutes after power has been restored as it conducts a cool-down session.
